Summary

Shipping is calculated during checkout, based on the delivery address and delivery speed options available, and stock availability in the nearest warehouse. There is no fixed shipping cost for our orders.

We use multiple couriers and warehouses to get you the fastest delivery possible in London and Reading, within 1-4 hours, and overnight nationwide.

For orders placed overnight, you have different morning delivery options depending on the delivery address. The earliest London delivery is by 9am, and by 10am in Reading.

Central London (postcodes below)	Same-day delivery 7 days a week: Within 1 hour for orders placed 8am-11pm; By 9am for orders placed overnight/early morning.
Reading town and surrounding areas	Same-day delivery Monday-Friday: Within 2 hours for orders placed 8am-5pm; By 10am the for orders placed overnight/early morning; By 10am next working day for orders placed on weekends and bank holidays. Holidays are excluded.
Rest of London and mainland GB	Deliveries placed on work days: Next day tracked courier delivery for orders placed by 3pm. Saturday delivery option available for orders placed by 1pm. Deliveries placed on weekend days and bank holidays: Overnight tracked courier delivery processed on the first working day for delivery the next working day Saturday delivery option available.

Orders placed overnight will be delivered by 10am the following morning. Orders placed on weekends will be delivered on Monday morning (unless it's a bank holiday).

We deliver orders to the Reading postcodes above placed overnight by 10am. Simply choose the Immediate Delivery option on the Shipping page during checkout.

Nationwide

We deliver to the vast majority of UK postcodes using next day delivery. Deliveries must be placed by 3pm the preceding day for delivery the next day Monday-Saturday.

Orders placed on Friday can be delivered on the following Saturday or Monday.

Bank holidays and weekends

Our different delivery options are affected differently by whether it's a bank holiday, short working day (e.g. Christmas eve), or the weekend. The options displayed on the Shipping page during checkout are what is available at that point in time.

We deliver to hotels and co-working spaces. When you place such an order, please make sure that you tell the hotel's concierge or reception that the order is coming. You can also use the optional delivery address field to add your room number to the delivery information.
