Purchase and Returns Policy
Unwanted unopened items
We accept returns for unopened unwanted items within 30 days of purchase. The items must have been purchased from ourselves and must be in their original saleable condition, unused with the packaging unopened and still sealed.
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return for for an unwanted unopened item within 30 days of purchase.
You are responsible for the postage costs for returns of unwanted items. For returning unwanted items, please use a tracked mailing option (such as from Royal Mail or Hermes), and share with us the tracking number. Unfortunately we are unable to grant any claim or refund request for items returned without a tracking number.
For orders placed on or after 15 August 2022, we charge a £5 restocking fee for all returns of unwanted items. This will be deducted from the item's cost when the refund is issued.
We use third party couriers for deliveries, and the shipping costs we pay them are not refundable unless, at our sole discretion, determine that the courier has done something wrong.
When the item cannot be delivered because of issues at the delivery address, then the item will be returned to the warehouse and we will issue a refund for the item cost but not the delivery fee.
Example issues at the delivery address include:
- The courier successfully reaches the delivery address but there is no one to receive the package, and we were not advised of a safe space to leave the item.
- It is dangerous to reach the delivery address, for example due to construction work.
If you would like to claim against the shipping costs, please contact us on email@example.com explaining the situation in as much detail as possible (including any photos/evidence please), and we will advise you on the next steps.
Items that do not fit your device
It is your responsibility to ensure that the tip of any charger you purchase from us fits your device. The How to check device compatibility page describes how to find this information from your device's manufacturer. Simply put, there is a huge variation of charger tips for devices on the market, with even the same manufacturer can use different tips, and we cannot guarantee compatibility.
We cannot issue a refund for any opened items, even if they are unused. If the item is unopened and you wish to return it, please see the relevant section above.
All items we stock are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. If a fault develops within the warranty period, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the full details of the fault (including any photos/evidence please) along with your original order number, and we will advise you on the best next steps.
Returns of sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
